BLOOD WEDDING – Retold by Barney Norris

Thursday 20th February at 2.15pm

A Wiltshire village, today. Rob and his fiancée Georgie are checking out the village hall for their wedding reception, but Rob’s Mum wonders if they’re rushing into things. Just as they begin to talk her round a figure from Georgie’s past appears and threatens to shatter their wedding plans. Very soon Georgie is questioning who really is the love of her life. Barney Norris’s explosive retelling of Lorca’s classic tragedy sets the action firmly in a modern day village community that’s rocked by revelations and gossip.

Cut-off: Monday 20th January 2020
